Proposed Programme of Meetings, 2011-2012
The Property & Plans Committee (PPC) meet to review planning applications and make recommendations for action. Trust Council meet to agree to a formal decision the following week.
Applicants are notified of final planning decisions in writing, as are neighbours who have submitted comments in writing. Decisions may not be available for several days after the Trust Council meeting.
