The Trust owns a number of private roads, and many of the communal greens and allotment sites on the Suburb. These areas of hard and soft landscaping are important features of and contribute significantly to the character and amenity of the Suburb. The Trust has an ongoing programme of repair and maintenance and, where relevant, consults those owners who are obliged to contribute towards these costs.
