Allotments were a key part of Dame Henrietta Barnett's vision for the community of the Suburb, and many groupings of houses were designed with access to allotment plots.
Today the Trust owns and manages 11 private allotment sites across the Suburb. These sites are managed through the Hampstead Garden Suburb Residents' Association Allotments Committee (which also covers non-Trust managed allotment sites on the Suburb) and by the Trust's Estate Management team. Each site has a site secretary who arranges tenancy agreements and collects rents.

The Chairman of the Allotments Committee deals with enquiries for potential new plot holders and the waiting list for plots.
